Cancellation right

For consumers, the following right of return applies to contracts that have been concluded exclusively using means of distance communication (letter, telephone, fax, email, internet, etc.):

You can return the received goods without giving a reason within 14 days by sending them back. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g. as a letter, fax, email), but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before the fulfillment of our information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312e Paragraph 1 Clause 1 BGB in connection with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. In the case of goods that cannot be shipped by parcel (e.g. bulky goods), you can also declare the return by means of a written return request. To the protection of the time period suffices the timely sending of the good or a return request. In any case, the return is at your own risk and expense.

Consequences of return

In the event of an effective return, the mutually received services are to be returned and any benefits (e.g. benefits of use) surrendered. If the goods deteriorate, compensation can be requested. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection – as it would have been possible for you in a shop, for example. You do not have to pay any compensation for deterioration caused by the intended use of the item. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the goods or the return request, for us with the receipt of them.

In the case of withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent as parcels.
