GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions also contain legal information about your rights according to the regulations on contracts in distance selling and electronic commerce.
1. Field of application
These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries by wood-and-laces.de (§ 13 BGB).
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

3. Offers and conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. Errors excepted.
3.2 DBy clicking the order button, you are placing a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.
4. Cancellation right
You can return the received goods without giving a reason within 14 days by sending them back. All further information on your right of withdrawal and its consequences can be found in our cancellation policy.
The prices quoted on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
6. Shipping / delivery times / payment
All information on shipping, delivery times and payment options can be found in our shipping and payment terms.
7. Complaints / defects
Complaints and defects can only be considered within 10 days of receipt of the goods. We only accept returns after prior consultation. We do not accept returns of goods where postage has not been paid. Color deviations are not a reason for complaint!
Despite quality controls, it can happen that items are damaged in transit. We can only assume limited liability for this transport damage. Please check the delivery for completeness and damages immediately after the receipt. You can only bring complaints to notice within 10 days. Please report these complaints to us. Please keep your customer ID and order number ready. Returns are only accepted after prior consultation and in transportable boxes, packages that are not prepaid will not be accepted.
Please note that our individual packaging is not a transportable shipping box. If you want to reship the products, the individual box must have an outer packaging.
In our shop you get handmade articles from natural raw materials, so there may be differences in shape and color during production. Such are no grounds for complaints.
8. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until all claims have been paid in full. The buyer is entitled to sell the goods in the normal course of business, but he is not permitted to pledge or assign them as security. The buyer is obliged to secure our property in the event of resale of reserved goods on credit. The extended reservation of title applies.
9. Place of fulfilment / jurisdiction / applicable law
The place of performance for deliveries and payments of all kinds is Plauen. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The use of the laws concerning international purchase of moveable objects as well as the conclusion of international sales contracts (e.g. CISG) for movable objects is excluded.

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
